LEVEL 1
This three-day class explores connecting to your emotions and personalizing your choices. You will identify and break through some of your barriers, learn ways to access your emotions and how to transfer and apply them to your acting. Through inner objects, your senses and particular circumstances, you’ll have a better understanding of Uta Hagen’s principles of “being” rather than “acting.”
This is an emotionally intense class and requires self-reflection, self-honesty and outside self-work.

9 HOURS OF CLASS!
3-hour class once a week for 3 weeks.
Maximum: 6 students.
