BARBIE HUNSECKER was cast in Theatre Works' THE ENCHANTED COTTAGE. JOHN SCHILE is performing in Black Theater Troupe's MA RAINEY'S BLACK BOTTOM. CAROLINE WAGNER plays Julia Craven in Shaw's THE PHILANDERER at SCC through November 10. HEATHER CAMBANES was cast in LOVE, SEX and the IRS and CatNic Community Theatre; it plays Dec 14-16, 2007. VI FLATEN is in METAMORPHOSES at Nearly Naked Theatre [3] until December 22 (adult content); she got a great mention in the AZ Republic's review. ELYSHA NEMETH was cast as Biekle in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF at the ARIZONA BROADWAY THEATRE; January 11-March 2, 2008. She is also a featured soloist in the Children's Chorus for LA BOHEME with the Phoenix Metropolitan Opera December 21 & 23.

LAURA DURANT was also nominated in that category and JENNIFER PFAZLGRAFF was nominated in the ON-CAMERA TALENT PROGRAM HOST/MODERATOR category. The Awards Ceremony will be held on October 6, 2007. ROLANDO ZEE WON an Arizoni award for his lead role in SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION! Way to go Rolando! KRISTA GIFFIN auditioned and got accepted to Suzanne Shepherd's class in New York City. JENNIFER PFALZGRAFF welcomed a new baby boy on November 2. ELYSHA NEMETH will be in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Opening number with Camp Broadway. ROLANDO ZEE was elected to the Phoenix local Board of Directors for AFTRA.



2006
FILM
JOHN DOMINGUEZ and MATT ELLINGSON both appeared in films last week at the Phoenix Film Foundation/IFP's 3rd annual 48-Hour Film Challenge.
AARON SEEVER had the lead in Brian Pulido's film CHIEF. He also wrote and directed a family film with his uncle: www.youtube.com (type in Tio and Naven).
NEEVEN ALBEDIWA worked three days on THE KINGDOM, now shooting in the East Valley. She also has a three minute film playing on www.theproject.tv. It's called 3-minute Disaster and you can watch and vote.
ROLANDO ZEE worked one day on Angel Ruiz's film BONDAGE. He'll also be working on Thursday as an FBI agent on THE KINGDOM.
TIFFANY HORNBACK, NICK HILDEBRANDT and ELYSHA NEMETH appeared in Amanda Melby's first short film (as director!) in July.
MICHAEL BLATCHFORD was cast in the short STICKS OF FURY, 2 short student films at Alpha Pacific Institute and another at Collins College.
JENNIFER PFALZGRAFF was cast in Bruce Dellis' latest short film.
JAMES PENLAND is casting for his first short film GYM WORLD.
JOHN DOMINGUEZ shot his part in the feature Legions on July 1. 
MATT ELLINGSON starts shooting for his feature The Domain this month also.
JENNIFER PFALZGRAFF was cast in the features A PLACE OF DARKNESS (shot in Tucson in September) and JOLENE (shoots in October).
JESILYN FIGEROA worked four days on THE KINGDOM. JOHN DOMINGUEZ worked on DENIAL, a short film directed by Roze.
AMANDA MELBY and JOHN SCHILE were cast in FRESHMAN: THE 13th GRADE.
MADISON STEVENS, was cast in the feature-film THE SAVAGES.  She worked 2 days in a scene with Laura Linney, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Guy Boyd and Debra Monk. 
ALEXANDRA HENDERSON was cast in two short films and wrapped production last month on both: Fractured Life and Grief. 
JOHN DOMINGUEZ has been cast as the Office Manager in the feature Legions.  It shoots in July. 
MATT ELLINGSON was cast as a lead in the feature The Domain.  It also shoots in July.


STAGE
DREW DAVIS is performing as Hal in PROOF at IsWhatItIs Theatre this weekend only (Thu-Sat 8 pm) at Fountain Hills Theatre.
LEEANN INFRANCO and MATTHEW ROZ ROSARIO concluded their excellent performances in the dreamer examines his pillow. 
EJ DOHRING had the lead (Bugsy) in Valley Youth Theatre's summer production of BUGSY MALONE. He also spent all month at the Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Training Center in New York.
HEATHER CAMBANES was just cast as Rebecca (the lead!) in MOONLIGHT AND VALENTINO at NV Playhouse. 
ELYSHA NEMETH is in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at Desert Stages Theatre.
LEEANN INFRANCO and MATTHEW ROZ ROSARIO will appear in John Patrick Shanley's the dreamer examineshis pillow starting July 15 (480.313.9901). 
HEATHER CAMBANES continues her second month of SCC's summer conservatory.

ELYSHA NEMETH was cast as Baby June in GYPSY at Desert Stages Theatre; it runs through October 15.
EJ DOHRING was cast as Edmond in the musical THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA at Valley Youth Theatre. It opens October 13.
CHRISSY GERIK is performing in LAST SUMMER AT BLUEFISH COVE through October 14.
VICTORIA LIPMAN was cast in STAGE DOOR; rehearsals start in October.
LEEANN INFRANCO also wrapped a run of the Desk Set in April. 
HEATHER CAMBANES recently appeared in two shows: as Candy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest at NVC Playhouse and in a lead role in the new play Faces on Milkboxes.  Congrats to Heather also on her acceptance into SCC’s summer conservatory. 
GEOFF BALDOVIN appeared as Antonio in Much Ado About Nothing at his High School.


TELEVISION
VICTORIA LIPMAN, LAWANNAH CURRY, LISA FEENEY, CAROLINE WAGNER, AARON SEEVER, ROLANDO ZEE and JENNIFER PFALZGRAFF all worked with Amanda on SCREEN WARS (starts airing in January) in November.
LAWANNAH CURRY's Del Webb commercial aired on NBC this past weekend during the Golf tournament. NEEVEN ALBA shot the pilot for her television show. ROLANDO ZEE was cast in Dynamicfilm's 48-Hour commercial challenge.
GREG RENFRO was cast in a pilot.
LAWANNAH CURRY played Loretta Bowersock in the re-enactment of the real-life Arizona murder case.  The show will be aired on COURT-TV – National later this summer. 
NEEVEN ALBEDIWA has been hired as a reporter for MCTV (Channel 11/Cox 115) and as a co-host for a cooking show.  The cooking show will start taping in September. 
LAUREN CLARK played one of Warren Jeffs' wives in the America's Most Wanted that recently aired.
